ESPON 2006 Programme

The ESPON 2006 Programme ran from 2002 to 2006. Over the four years 34 major studies were completed involving more than 600 researchers and 130 institutions. Projects covered the territory of the European Union including 12 accession states and Norway and Switzerland. Thematic areas included the following:

      • Territorial Dimension of EU Lisbon and Gothenburg Agendas
      • Europe in the World
